I have a 1994 S10 blazer with 4.3 vortec. I have changed the EGR valve, replaced plugs (one bank of plugs was carboned up the other burned clean, the distributer, rotor and fuel filter and it still starts hard and run rich. What would make one bank of plugs burn carbon up and make the gas mixture rich
