F350 Front Hub Assembly

I am trying to replace my front hub assembly on my F350. I removed the 4 bolts on the reaer of the assembly butt the unit won't come out. Please help

Reply to Fordanswerman's Post: I removed the entire brake assembly, rotor and the 4 bolts on the back side of the hub assembly. I also removed the clip on the front of the hub that holds the turn dial for free spin or lock.

Great!

Sounds like you need leverage now.

You will need to take a prybar and go between the axle housing and the axle and pry the axle away from the center of the axle housing. This will push out the axle, and the hub assembly together. Then after getting it out a little, just push the axle back through the hub back towards the axle housing.

Remember to lube up the outter part of the oring to make easy installation.
