(Not a Car Question?)

What do I do when I've ovr heated my 1990 F250, and it shut down?

Sent to Car Experts June 09 10:22 AM

I ran my F250 with very low oil, and little water, and it shut-down on me. It wouldn't start, so I left it to sit for 2 days. Afterwards, it started. I filled it with water, and 3 quarts of Havoline, and too. After another day, it cranked, where I drove it 1/2 a mile. It sounded really rough, so, I haven't driven it since. I was told that My pistons are hitting the crank shaft (whateer that is), and it all needs to be replaced. I would like to know EXACTLY what to do, in the most inexpensive way...
