My son owns a 1999 Saturn SL. The bulb which backlights the odometer has gone out. I know the dashboard must be removed to change the bulb, but once it is out we have not been able to get the bulb out. The Saturn dealership charges approximately $150 to remove the dashboard and change the bulb (the bulb can't cost more than $5). We have agreed that this amounts to highway robbery! Any suggestions on how to remove and replace the bulb ourselves? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
