yes i just bought a 2000 celica gts and when i pick up speed and let off of the brake, i can feel my car studdering. what could be wrong with it? and also the a/c goes in and out the same way when i'm traveling a long way. i have had free on put in it already. the air works, but after a while on the road, it starts to just blow air and not a/c air.

Optional Information:
2000 Toyota celica v6

Already Tried:
putting free on in the car as far as the a/c is concerned. i have tried nothing for the studdering of the car.

Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy). Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer.

Could you define the shuddering more detail????

A/C PROBLEM

would check the freon first, a shop will always try the hardest thing on you. You may want to check for leaks if you recharged it and it loses coldness rapidly. Look for oily type stains on and around the a/c hoses and canister. This happened to me, a hose was leaking at the seam. It was much cheaper than what the shop wanted to charge me for my "failed compressor".

Reply to Jivey's Post: it's like a sputtering feel. like when i accelerate at a high speed i can feel it jerk a little. sometimes it does it back to back. as if it's changing gear, but all the gears are changed.
