ABS Brake System

My ABS light is on and I need to have it repared so that I can pass inspection. The dealership quoted me $1600 - $1700 to have the ABS Modulator repaired. Where can I find a ABS Modulator for a 1994 Honda Accord EX for a reasonable price in DC.
