Hello. Welcome to Just Answer!

You need to machine the rotors. They have excessive lateral runout. Possibly caused by tires being bolted too tight. Wrong lugnut torque will cause this. Rule of thumb: steel wheels- 70ft/lb alloy wheels- 90ft/lb. Also replace and lubricate caliper mounting hardware for a longer lasting repair, as the hardware is abused by the lateral runout.
