Hello, Welcome to Just Answer!
What is the fuel pressure? We need to check if the injectors have sufficient fuel pressure. They're getting power, so the ecu is not the cause, as this is what fires the injectors. Does the pump come on? __________________ If you still need help, just reply!

TESTING
-
Unscrew the cap from the fuel rail pressure valve on the fuel rail. You may have to remove the fuel injector sight shield for access to the valve.
Remove the cap (1) from the fuel rail pressure valve (2) on the fuel rail
-
Connect pressure gauge to the fuel pressure test point on the fuel rail. Wrap a rag around the pressure tap to absorb any leakage that may occur when installing the gauge.
Test the fuel system pressure using a suitable gauge attached to the test connection
-
Turn the ignition ON; the fuel pump should run for a few seconds. Check the pump pressure for the following specifications:
-
1987-93 vehicles, except 1993 8th VIN digit K: 41-47 psi (284-323 kPa).
-
1993 VIN K and 1996-99 vehicles: 48-33 psi (333-376 kPa).
-
Start the engine and allow it to idle. The fuel pressure should drop about 3-10 psi (21-69 kPa) due to the lower manifold pressure.
The idle pressure will vary somewhat depending on barometric pressure. Check for a drop in pressure indicating regulator control, rather than specific values.
-
If the fuel pressure drops more than a few pounds when you shut the engine OFF, check the operation of the check valve, the pump coupling connection, fuel pressure regulator valve and the injectors.
-
Before attempting to remove or service any fuel system component, it is necessary to relieve the fuel system pressure. __________________ If you still need help, just reply!

I will try pressure testing, (I need an excuse to by more tools!) If this is it I will accept your reply.
Thanks,
Russ

I have checked the pressure it is 40 psi. I can only check for the two seconds the pump runs. Durring cranking it drops to about 38 psi. I think the vacum regulator may be making it drop. This car has me stumped Help!

8 th vin is C. I do not have a 'noid' light. All I did was unplug harnes to injectors. I have 13.2 volts on the 7th pin. I then pluged than back together and unpluged #1 injector and had 13.2 volts. I work days, will Autozone have an noid light to sell?

Autozone will have the light they're not terribly expensive either.
Does the guage bleed down when the engine is shut off for like 30 minutes? If it does'nt, there may be a problem with the ignition system. Is there fire? __________________ If you still need help, just reply!

I can do a bleed down test tommorrow. The car will run if I spray starting fluid into throttle body screen. I thik this means the camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor are working. Again, I get no error codes. It just flashes 12 (no errors). Using a stethoscope, I can not hear the injectors fire. I will get a noid light and confirm this.
