Well, there's a couple ways you can tackle this... Listen to where the beeping is coming from, usually you can locate the "beeper" and unplug it without affecting other circuits. I have done this on my Ford. Another way you can tackle this is to look for the electrical connector by where your seat belt plugs in and unplug that. These are usually under the seat. Sometimes they're under the carpet under the seat. Another thing you may consider... if you find the "beeper" try putting tape over the speaker holes to lower the volume on it. Or, taping foam padding around it if possible.

Reply to James's Post: You are dealing with a TOTAL mecanical idiot. The noise is coming from somewhere in the dashboard so I am not goin to touch that.As far as I can determine the whole seatbelt deal is encased in the entire seat frame so I can't touch that either. Lastly if the beep is somewhere in the dashboard and not findable,at least by me,then that lets that out as well. Is there someway it can be affected by using the buttons on the key? Thank you

Unfortunately, I don't have enough resources to answer your question about the key buttons. But through my experience I would say you would not be able to. You might want to re-list the question and see if another expert can help you further.
