what do I have to do to convert my 95 crown vic to a flex fuel system ?

I realy want to know what it takes to convert a 95 crown vic to a flex fuel system , so I do not have to do it by trail and error . I have the knowlege to replace the rubber or neopreme hoses and any other plastic in the system . I need to know what control systems are nessacary to install or modify for normal drivability . I also need to know if the intake manifold ( which is some sort of plastic ) will hold up to ethenol fuels .
