yes as a matter a fact there is

i hear say most body shops has something just for this problem but i don't know that for a fact and have never looked into it

i do one thing that works great for me

you take mothers metal polish and polish your lens and remove

then you take mothers plastic polish and repeat process

you may have to do this a few times but do step 1 then step 2 and then back to 1 and then 2 again

i have seen instances where some people have used some cleaners before they bring it in and ask that was unsuccessful at polishing out

i will definitely say 100% by far the mothers brand for this particular application is the best

will make it look practically brand new

i remember though the plastic polish was difficult to find but its been awhile since i've purchased it i don't remember where i finally found it    i stocked up          but 1 can of each will last a yr of doing a couple or so a week sometimes more sometimes less
