I have a 1993 Kaw Vulcan. It was running too rich so I opened up the carbs and found some dirt blocking the float valve. I change some parts and put it back together. It idles great on the kickstand but as soon as I straighten her up she wants to stall and often does. I want to say it's the float level but I have it to where my manual says they should be. ( 1.2mm above to .8 mm below coaster enricher screw on front carb and .8 above to 1.2 below on rear carb) Does anyone have any ideas. Can some one double check their manual for these specs.

Optional Information:

Play around with the carbs sync screw even though I don't have the proper vacuum guages. Changed the jets and one float, both valves and the coasting enricher diaphrams for botha re new
