i have a 94 camaro 3400 V6. If the car sits for a while it takes 2 tries beofre it will start. If i turn the key the first time it tries to start and has good starting action but won't fully turn over. I would have to turn the key back then start it again at that time it turns right over. Why is that and how should i correct what i hope is a small problem
