I have a 1993 f150 with a 4.9 liter timing is fine fuel ...

I have a 1993 f150 with a 4.9 liter timing is fine fuel pressure is good throttle body cleaned and egr valve replaced. When your driving at highway speed its fine ,but driving at 30 mph to 40 the truck surges but can accelerate out of the surging . If I could get some advice let me know thanks. Jon
