The trim bezel around the radio & 2 air vents below it is held in with pop clips. Assuming you don't have proper panel removal tools do this instead.
Insert a 2" putty knife on the side of the panel where it meets the dash (softer vinyl) then insert a thin flathead screwdriver (or something similar) in between the putty knife & the bezel & pry the bezel out. The putty knife is just there to give you a firm surface to pry against & to protect your dash. Do the same for the other side. These are very stubborn if it's never been off before, but you'll get it.
If your removing the stereo, remove the 4 phillips head screws & pull it out. If your replacing the stereo with an aftermarket remember to hook up the amp remote lead or you wont have sound. (Infinity Systems)
As for the panel below all of this I've never had a reason to take it off so I cant help you there (besides hidden screws, it's most likely done the same way as the top bezel)
