I just put in a new cd player in my car, it worked for a couple of days then just wouldnt turn back on, and my dome lights wont turn on either and there is no blown fuses, i went to take the cd player out and i put it back in (with it on) and then it just shut off

ive checked the cd player wires, to see if they diconnect and they were fine,
