I need Help. I live in Illinois and have a 1997 Crown Victoria that has 285 miles on it. I have failed the emissions test for the second time. They tell me that I have o2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (bank 1 Sensor 2) or code PO136, O2 sensor heater circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2) or code P0141, 02 sensor Heater circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2) or code PO161, EGR Flow Insufficent Detected or PO401, EGR Flow Excessive Detected or code PO402, and Cylinder 4 and 5 Misfire Detected or code PO304. Can some tell me what is problem? I put an EGR Valve, 2 O2 sensors, new spark plug wires and sparks. How can I solve this problem. Have spent a lot of money already.

James
