I HAVE A 1970 NOVA THAT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR 3 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IT ON THE ROAD AGAIN BUT NO LUCK. I HAVE CHANGED ALL THE FLUIDS, BELTS, PLUGS, WIRES, CAP, ROTOR ,POINTS,CONDENSER,AIR FILTER,FUEL FILTER,CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER,NEW BATTERY,NEW COIL. WITH ALL THIS THE MOTOR CRANKS BUT NO SPARK. COULD IT BE THE POINTS OR A BAD COIL OR WHAT???? I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE????!!!!!!! THANKS Customer (name blocked for privacy) IN CALIFORNIA

Hello

First let's check and see if you have power to the coil.This will take a volt meter or a 12 v tester

Hello

Line up the high point of the cam in the distributer where it hits the points then gap it to the specks for your car.

If you own a dwell meter hook it up with the cap off turn the motor over and make the adjustment that way
