i do not havr the remote door opener and the key in the ignition does not disable the alarm. How can the alarm be disabled? The vehicle starts for 2-3 secound and then shuts down.

You have no other option then to repair whatever the problem is.

It wouldn't be much of a security system if it was that easy to disable. It's integrated throughout the operating software.
