I keep getting a flat tire and have had the tire dunked in ...

I keep getting a flat tire and have had the tire dunked in a tank 4 times but they still can't find where the leak is. The tire is brand new only 4800 miles traveled. Should I ask them to take the tire off the rim and inspect the inside?
