i have a 1986 olds delta 88 with a 3.8 liter with 141,000 ...

i have a 1986 olds delta 88 with a 3.8 liter with 141,000 miles.it runs fine when cold and in colder weather,but after it warms up,it bucks and jerks when going down the road at 70 m.p.h.! it also dies when idling.i had a mechanic put new fuel injectors on it.it ran better for 100 miles and then went back to same old way.it also has a new fuel filter and good fuel prussure.any suggestions?
