I am trying to figure out why when I turn the key to start ...

I am trying to figure out why when I turn the key to start the engine it doesn't want to start at first. It turns over very slowly and will usually start unless it's cold out. It acts like it's battery is dead but it's not. I've replaced the battery, alternater, starter, modulater, and the relay. What else could it be?
