there's a leak in the rear left metal brake hose

there's a leak in the rear left metal brake hose (dodge neon 95/ 4-door). i can see the fluid shooting out (small stream) onto manifold. the angle of the stream puts the hole slightly on the top of hose. can i fix this myself?(any way possible, i really can't afford a mechanic right now ) i just need it for taking & picking my child up , to & from school?
