hello i have a 1997 pontiac grand prix with drl ...

hello i have a 1997 pontiac grand prix with drl headlights the problem is when i turn the blower switch too 1-4 the head lights go out but i can turn it to 5 they come back on and drivers side vents are cold pass side is hot (help)
