I have a 1997 Neon, while driving the engine cuts off, I have replaced crank sensor, ox sensor coils relays and it is still doing the same thing. To me it seems electrical. Someone said its the fuel pump. Why would it run fine, then cut off, after I shut the ignition off and try to restart it take a second or two of cranking but it starts again. I don't want to change the fuel pump until I have tried everything. can you help?
