I HAVE A1999 F 350 TRANSMISSON WANT GO FOWARD BUT FINE IN REVERSE.WHEN YOU MASH THE GAS IT TRIES TO GO A LITTLE.

CHANGED FILTER AND FLUID.BEFOR THIS HAPPENED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO.IT WAS SLIPPING ONLY WHEN SHIFTING FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE ONLY AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR A WHILE

When you changed the filter, did you notice anything in the pan? Metal, brass, etc.

Did the fluid look really dark before you changed it?
