I have A 1993 Ford Escort That has an electrical problem.

I have A 1993 Ford Escort That has an electrical problem. Has no spark, fuel pump is not working, no dash lights as in service engine soon light, oil light.

Already Tried:
I have replaced some relays by the ECM, checked all fuses,and ciruit breakers, and fuel shut off switch.

Are you saying that your check engine light isn't coming on for bulb check when you first turn the key on?

Yes, there is no bulb check lights when key is turned on. I jumped the engine fuse, because there is no power to it, and then the fuel pump worked, and the bulb checked worked, but still had no spark. This is for a 1993 Ford Escort 1.9 Automatic. No spark, fuel, or bulb check lights.
