Bad???

Was driving I-70 and my '93 Chevy Cavalier-160k-2.2L stalled. (1) About 10 minutes later, it started- drove it about 5 miles and it quit again. Back to (1). Paid $80 for a tow to my Father in Law's garage. It started and stalled. We replaced the fuel filter and battery. Problem solved? I drove it 30 miles to the store where I'd purchased a fuel pump. Next day it stalled again. I ended up replacing the fuel pump. Now the engine cranks, almost starts, then cranks. ECM fuse is blown. Reading the internet, they say the problem is due to a non-OEM fuel pump! Could the initial problem be with the crankshaft sensor?
Am I going to have to replace the fuel pump again?

Optional Information:

You need to approach this logically

First test fuel pressure with a gauge

Then check for injector pulse with a noid light

and check for spark at the plugs.

One, some, or all of these things are missing Knowing witch ones is key to diagnosis of your no start condition.
