i have a plymonth grand voyager the 6 buttons for air,   rear wash, rear defrost,rear wiper,ext do not work i check the fuses and relays 99 model 3.3liter v6

if they do not work check the power at the back of the module. if the buttons are flashing hold down the top button and the corner button at the same time until they all light up. this is a self calibration cycle for the doors in the heater box. when complete the upper button will flash. this means the test passed. if none of the buttons work and you have power and ground at the module you have a faulty module.

its the heater controls. ti is a module. two screws on the top of the bezel then there is a small panel on the bottom. remove this and there are two hidden screws behind panel. remove connector and make sure you have power and ground

Reply to kelly's Post: is the module a cylider looking thing also the dial control to for the fan to adjust where the air blows you know floor to defrost doesnt seem to be working got the dash apart 3 main conector plug ins and one little cylinder looking thing soory to be a bother not really mechanical it is my wifes van first time on this site

its the main connector not the cylinders. i think its about 12 pins and rectangular

Reply to kelly's Post: i am going to accept this it is funny the passenger side blows cold the driver hot there are 3 moduals 1 for rear fan 1 for front fan they both plug in up and down then the main one plugs in side ways there is no button that i can see for reset nothing flashes the sideing driver / pass controls dont work either would u replase the thing with all the wires or the compont it plugs into

ok this is the pinout for the connector on the module. it is a 21 wire connector and you should look at pin #10
