I am attempting to remove the upper steering column from a 1999 Chev Suburban with a tilt wheel to replace the upper column bearing. Air bag is disabled and removed, turn signal and wiper switches are removed, and plate and spring have been removed. How do you remove the old race from the old steering column bearing? I though about removing the entire unit to work from the backside to press the race out, but I can't reach into the lower torx headed bolts that hold the articulating parts of the steering column on. Do the articulating column parts come apart to get access?

There is no way I would "pay" prior to receiving an answer. Where am I to go for a refund if the answer is faulty? Do you have a physical address and place of business with property that can be attached through the courts if I choose the trouble to chase you down? If your advice was really good, people would repeat as customers. You could easily afford to offer the first advice prior to payment and then expect payment prior to any further advice, but then again that would be if you were confident your advice is good.
