charging a battery and after the charger was on it for ...

charging a battery and after the charger was on it for 2hrs it did not charge it but cause the battery to loose what charge it had , what would cause that to happin/ just put new ground cable on it ,new alternator,battery,and power cable to starter celaniod aswell

Already Tried:
evey thing in the question and replaced the rotery cap plug wires dis cap and base

Reply to 32roadster's Post: new battery ran low when trying to start it so put charger on it and then it drained it in stead of charging it
