1997 villager wont start replaced the tps, maf ...

1997 villager wont start replaced the tps, maf sensor . computer, plugs ,wires , cap ,rotor, checked timing belt ok,, fuel pump is pumping fuel,, i have spark from coil , and plugs, just turns over,strange thing is if i pull the inertia swich up to stop the fuel pump it will start and die right away , when i push the switch down it just keeps turning over,, may hit once but not run,, any help....thanks mike

all electical tune up tps. maf sensor timing check

Have you looked for a bad timing belt?

You could do a compression test to find out.

timing checked ok .mark on crank hub and number one on dist line right up ,, strange thing is i thought it might of been the inertia switch but when i pull it up to shut off the fuel pump i can hear it running when its down , it will start and die but when i push it down to start the fuel pump it just turns over and over ,, with a strong smell of fuel

That doesn't prove you engine is in time. The distributor is only connecter to one camshaft.
