dash lights and tail lights won't work on 2000 dodge caravan. don't have owners manuel can you tell me which fuse operates these

The parking light fuse is located under the hood in the power distribution center. There is also a parking lamp relay in the same distribution center. The fuse number is 101. If the fuse is ok then swap the parking lamp relay with another one in the box that has the same number on it. I have replaced many of these relays for going bad. Most of the relays in the box are the same number. Here is a layout of the PDC(power distribution box).
