How do I R&R the alternator on a 1992 Cadillac

How do I R&R the alternator on a 1992 Cadillac Eldo 4.9 liter motor? For some reason I cannot (or don't know how) loosen the belt tensioner pulley to access the last alternator bolt which sits behind the tensioner pulley wheel. The complete tensioner assembly was just replaced along with the water pump. Someone please help!!! I'm going down in flames here.
