I have a 95 Chevy Tahoe that the windshield wipers work ...

I have a 95 Chevy Tahoe that the windshield wipers work intermittently. I have tryed everythiing I can think of. Everytime I repair it it works for a while and then starts acting up again. Can you help? I've done some research and it tells me that the board in the motor is possibly bad. Thanks
