I have a 2000 toyota tacoma and it is the TRD with the rear locker. when i go to ingauge the locker the light just blinks. You can hear it trying to go in but wont. Tryed driving forward and backwards for great distances and no luck. What do you think i should look at?

Rolling forward and backwards and you can hear it click but nothing happens the light just blinks
