Do the wheels get hot and produce an odor, or does the pedal just get hard? How does it seem that they are siezed?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Hi Zebb, Try to get the brakes to act up. Raise wheels off the ground and make sure all the brakes are not staying applied. If it is only the left front you will probably just get away with a caliper. Make sure the pads and pins slide freely. If they are all stuck your probably going to need a master cylinder. Make sure the fluid is not contaminated. I hope this helps if so an accept is appreciated.
