how to diagnose codes b1600,b1602,and u1147 on a 98 ford expedition

Already Tried:
just pulled codes intermittantly will crank with no start or wiil start run for couple seconds and die theft light flashes when this happens if leave key on will flash rapidly then go out truck will start and run normally also intermittantly blower motor runs when go back to vehicle after it has sat for several hours no signs of water leaks
