when i try to crank my 1991 Dodge dynasty it turns over too ...

when i try to crank my 1991 Dodge dynasty it turns over too easy and never cranks completely up, it just makes a noise that that sounds like its not getting any compression from somewhere i checked the fuel to see if it was getting fuel and i checked the timing already can you tell me whats the problem?
