I have a 1989 Ford E 350 w/ a Automatic Transmission.

I have a 1989 Ford E 350 w/ a Automatic Transmission. Put the key in the ignition this morning and nothing happens. I have basically lost all power. No lights, turn signals ect...Nothing happens. The battery read 12.69 DCV on my voltmeter. I checked all the fuses to.
