i have a '97 honda civic ex. i drove it home from work one night, no trouble. i went to drive it to work the next day and it fired right up but, sounded like a lawn mower at low throttle. as i drove it out of the garage the 'check engine' light came on. the trouble code was a misfire on #3. i replaced the distributor cap and rotor. no change. after consulting the haynes manual and some diagnostics, i replace fuel injector #3. same situation but i am getting codes for #1, #3, and #4 misfire. i replaced the coil. no change. did the haynes instructed diag on the distributor, everything checks out. i am not sure what to do next. looking for ideas.

Optional Information:
1997 Honda civic ex sohc vtec

Already Tried:
replaced distributor cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, diag distributor as ok, changed plug wires.
