car turns,gets spark but not getting fuel through the ...

car turns,gets spark but not getting fuel through the injectors,changed fuel pump getting pressure at the rail ,will start if i spray starting fluid in the intake,tried a different ecm and even switched out the dis at wits end with this thing,any suggestions please,oh ya also changed the ignition switch.thanks.
