I have a 93 chevy suburban 1500 and the front ...

I have a 93 chevy suburban 1500 and the front electronic heater controls went dark and do not work any more. I have checked and changed out the fuse with no result. Chevy wants $200.00, any ideas on what it might be and can I fix it.

It's probably the control head itself.Take it out and test for power at the connector with the key on.If you have it replace the control head.If it's missing power trace the wire and repair it.

When you say control head do you mean pull the heater controls out of the dash? and if this is the problem any idea on how much if the head needs to be replaced.
