My 1999 Dodge Stratus will not start. For a short period of time, there was infrequent "missing" that didn't stick around. After shutting off the car, the next time I tried to start it, it turned over like it was going to start but never would. We have checked the spark plugs and there is no fire. We have checked the fuel system and there is no problem. All electricals seem to be working fine (i.e. lights, radio, etc.) Any ideas on where to go from here? Thanks.
