2001 Dodge Dokata alternator shorted out after replacing alternator, lights, horn, power windows, interior lights and dash lights don't work. Check all fuses and they are good. Do the Dokatas have fusible links somewhere?

Already Tried:
Check fuses, wires to fuse box, ohom all fuses

It should have fusible links at the starter or right next to the fuse box.Did you check for power at the fuses under the hood?
