I have a 1990 toyota corolla with 209,000 miles. the check engine light blins 5 flashes than 1 flash. I'vbe checked neverything and nothing is wrong. How do I reset the check eng. light? Disconnecting the battery doesn't work. The light comes back on after a short time. Thank you for any assistance.

The air cond. doesn't work because the fan switch is broken what can I do to alleviate this? Can I jump the switch out? Is there a fuse I can remove?

To keep the computer from reconizing the problem the swith should be replaced.
