I have a 2002 chevy blazer 4 wheel drive. It was struck in the left front in an auto accident. Now when I try to engage the 4 wheel drive I can hear and feel the actuator on the transfer case move but the light on the dash keep flasing. I but the vehicle on jack stands and tried top engage the 4 wheel and cannot get the front wheels to turn when I stop the the rear wheel from spinning. This all worked before the accident, any ideas? My insurance company is giving me a hassel over this. Something has to be damaged before they will pay for the repair. Could the frond diff. be damaged? Is there an actuator on the front axel and if so how does it work?
Thanks
