I have a 1997 f-150 the driver side window does not work ...

I have a 1997 f-150 the driver side window does not work unless we unpulg the fuse and then plug in back in then we can move it down one time and if we want to move it up its no problem but if we want to move it down again then we have to repeat the process again.
