lack of power taking off and occasional miss fire going down the road, 93 ford ranger, is it possible the ignitoin module could do it?

Optional Information:
1993 Ford Ranger 3 liter

Already Tried:
replaced plugs and wires tested fuel pump pressure checked pressure reguatlor checked base timing fuel filter new no check engine light coming on

Yes it is a good possibility.I would also look for a plugged converter,that is a possibility as well.Your idea on the ignition module is most likely though.
