Removing Rear disks

HOw do I go about removing the rear disks on a 1999 Honda Accord? I see the there are two phillips headed srews, do those need to be removed in order for the disks to be taken off?

1999 Honda Accord v6, 3.0L

Already Tried:
wd-40and heat. One of them is almost stripped.
